Character New Christian Attire Physical Appearance in the Era Majipa Lakhey A massive, dark-dyed linen tunic (tunica) reaching his ankles, paired with a heavy woolen mantle (pallium) pinned at his oversized shoulder. Even shapeshifted into a "normal" human male, he would look like an impossibly muscular, towering foreign giant with intense, sharp eyes and slightly prominent canine teeth that he constantly tries to hide when speaking. Lashi A traditional, layered stola and a modest palla (veil) draped completely over her head and shoulders, symbolizing a respectable, pious matron. She would look like an elegant, utterly serene aristocratic woman. Her sharp, observant eyes and calm demeanor would make her look like an untouchable, highly respected noblewoman, completely commanding the giant next to her. Lakhpati A simple, unadorned tunic with long sleeves, bound by a cloth belt, and a shorter head covering required for young unmarried women.

Majipa Lakhey (Human Form) gender male. • The Look: He would dress as a large, imposing working-class man or a rugged blacksmith to explain his massive muscular frame. • The Clothing: He would wear a coarse linen chemise (shirt) with loose sleeves, a heavy leather or wool breeches (knee-length pants), thick woolen stockings, and heavy leather buckled boots. Over his shirt, he would wear a rugged canvas or leather waistcoat (vest). He would constantly feel restricted by the tight fit of 18th-century clothing, likely popping buttons whenever he flexes. Lashi gender female but mother & wife, 100% ordinary human woman. • The Look: A respectable, modest, and highly practical colonial or Georgian housewife. • The Clothing: She would wear a practical stays (an 18th-century corset) over a linen shift for support, covered by a simple wool or quilted petticoat (skirt) and a matching short gown or caraco jacket. She would wear a white linen apron around her waist for her household chores and a mobcap (a frilled fabric cap) over her hair to keep it neat, looking completely grounded and respectable. Lakhpati gender female but hybird between Lakhey & human traits • The Look: A rebellious teenager forced into frustratingly restrictive historical layers. • The Clothing: As a young girl in the 1700s, she would wear a structured bodice or light stays, a linen shift, and a colorful petticoat skirt. Because of her fiery energy, she would likely tear her under-sleeves or scuff her leather shoes within a day. She would hate the restrictive nature of the clothing, frequently tearing off her lace cap when her fiery aura flares up. The Jhyalincha genderless either male or female • The Look: They wouldn't wear human clothes, but to match the era, they might occasionally steal tiny scraps of leftover 18th-century fabrics—like a discarded piece of lace or a tiny ribbon from a gentleman's tricorn hat—wearing them like tiny, chaotic capes as they zoom around the rafters.

To survive without drawing the attention of the Holy Inquisition, the family must abandon their traditional Newar garments and dress in the classic style of late colonial Mexico. Here is how they will look: 1. Majipa Lakhey (Human Form) He would adopt the clothes of a working-class Mestizo or Vaquero (early cowboy), which accommodates his large stature. • Shirt: A loose-fitting, coarse white linen or cotton shirt (camisa). • Pants: Sturdy, split-leg leather or heavy wool trousers (calzoneras), buttoned down the sides. • Footwear: Thick leather sandals (huaraches) or heavy leather riding boots—which Lashi will strictly make him wipe before entering their temporary adobe home. • Accessories: A wide-brimmed straw or felt hat (sombrero) to shadow his fierce eyes, and a colorful woolen wrap (serape) thrown over his massive shoulders to hide his intimidating physique. 2. Lashi (The Consort) Lashi will dress in the modest, dignified style of a respectable woman of the town (pueblo), balancing humility with neatness. • Blouse: A white, high-necked cotton blouse with simple, elegant embroidery around the collar. • Skirt: A long, full ankle-length wool skirt (faldón) in a dark, practical color like deep blue or brown, allowing her to do household chores easily. • The Rebozo: The ultimate symbol of Mexican womanhood. She will wear a long, woven rebozo (shawl) draped gracefully over her head and shoulders. She will use it with absolute poise, using it to shield her face or tightly wrap household goods. 3. Lakhpati (The Daughter) As a rebellious teenager, Lakhpati will lean into the vibrant, spirited China Poblana style—a look that actually originated from Asian textile influences in colonial Mexico. • Blouse: A white short-sleeved blouse (camisa) heavily embroidered with bright silk flowers around the neckline. • Skirt: A colorful, tiered skirt (castor) consisting of a green upper section and a brilliant red lower section, often decorated with minor sequins or patterns. • Appearance: Her long hair will be braided with bright green and red ribbons. While she looks like a beautiful, energetic local girl, her sharp canine teeth will flash when she smiles too wide, and her fiery aura will occasionally make her silk skirts lightly rustle even when there is no wind.

family adapts to classical Roman wool and linen, creating a striking visual contrast. 🦁 Majipa Lakhey • The Look: Standing over seven feet tall with a roaring mane of dark, wild hair, piercing eyes, and prominent fangs. • The Attire: He wears a massive, extra-large Roman Tunic (tunica) made of coarse, dark wool, secured by a thick leather military belt (cingulum). Because of his sheer size, a standard Roman Toga looks like a small cloak on him. He refuses to wear flimsy Roman sandals (caligae) because they pinch his massive feet, opting to go barefoot. The stark white and crimson Roman fabrics contrast sharply with his fierce, demonic skin tones and imposing frame. 🏺 Lashi • The Look: An ordinary, graceful human woman with a deeply serene, completely unbothered expression. Her posture radiates absolute authority over her supernatural family. • The Attire: She wears a traditional Roman Stola (a long, pleated dress) in a modest, earth-toned linen, draped gracefully with a Palla (shawl) over her shoulders. She wears it with the quiet dignity of a high-status Roman matron, styling her dark hair in simple, elegant Roman pins. She looks perfectly integrated into a Roman market, save for her distinct Eastern features. ⚡ Lakhpati • The Look: A athletic, sharp-eyed teenager. When she gets annoyed, a faint, shimmering heat-wave aura ripples around her, and her sharp canine teeth glint under the Roman sun. • The Attire: She rejects the restrictive dresses of Roman girls. Instead, she wears a short, knee-length chiton-style tunic favored by Roman youth and athletes, paired with sturdy leather boots. She frequently tears her clothes accidentally during her energetic outbursts, much to her mother's frustration. 🦟 The Jhyalincha • The Look & Attire: Too tiny and chaotic for real clothes, these translucent dragonfly-like spirits would cheekily steal scraps of expensive Roman purple silk or gold threads from wealthy villas, wrapping them around their tiny bodies like miniature, comedic togas as they buzz through the Roman air.

Majipa Lakhey (Human Form & Demon Form) • In Human Form: He looks like a massive, heavily built, tall mestizo or indigenous laborer. He wears a coarse white cotton shirt (manta), loose cotton trousers tied at the ankles, and sturdy leather huarache sandals. Around his waist, he wears a traditional woven red sash. He wears a large, low-crowned straw sombrero to shade his intense eyes. • In True Demon Form: His colonial clothes rip slightly under his massive, mountain-like muscles. His fierce, fanged mask-like face and wild hair contrast wildly with the tattered remnants of a Spanish colonial shirt. Lashi (The Pragmatic Consort) • Her Attire: She wears the practical yet elegant clothing of a traditional woman of the era. This includes a white blusa (blouse) with simple, humble embroidery around the neckline, paired with a long, heavy pleated wool or cotton skirt (enagua) in dark indigo or brown. • The Accessory: She always wears a dark rebozo (a long woven shawl) draped over her shoulders or head, which she uses dynamically—sometimes to carry groceries, and sometimes to wrap tightly around her arms when she is giving her giant husband a stern talking-to. Lakhpati (The Proud Hybrid) • Her Attire: Caught between being a proper lady and a rebel, she wears a colorful, vibrant skirt with a white ruffled blouse. However, she constantly modifies it for movement—tucking the skirt up so she can run or climb. • Her Look: She wears her hair in thick, long braids woven with colorful ribbons. Her expression is a mix of teenage pride and sharp-tongued wit. If she gets angry, her fiery aura glows faintly through the thin fabric of her white blouse, and her sharp canine teeth glint beneath her smile. The Jhyalincha (The Spirits) • Their Look: They remain tiny, dragonfly-like tricksters, but their magical coloration shifts slightly to mimic the vibrant colors of Mexico—glowing with the brilliant pinks, turquoises, and golds of local wildflowers, blending perfectly into the sunny courtyards of their new home.

family adapts to the lightweight, white linen of Egypt while retaining their supernatural physical traits. Majipa Lakhey • The Look: A towering, muscular giant with copper-red skin, wild hair flowing like a mane, and prominent, sharp fangs. • The Attire: He wears a simple, wide schenti (linen kilt) held together by a thick leather belt to accommodate his massive strength. He leaves his chest bare, but Lashi forces him to wear a large, colorful wesekh (broad collar necklace) decorated with turquoise and lapis lazuli to make him look "presentable." He refuses sandals because they break under his weight, walking barefoot on the hot desert sand completely unharmed. Lashi • The Look: A composed, elegant South Asian woman with an unflappable, calm expression and sharp, intelligent eyes. • The Attire: She embraces the classic Egyptian kalasiris—a form-fitting, ankle-length sheath dress made of fine, breathable white linen with thick shoulder straps. True to her humble nature, she eschews heavy gold, wearing simple woven reed sandals and a minimalist silver amulet of protection. Her hair is kept neatly braided or tied back to keep it out of the way of her daily chores. Lakhpati • The Look: A striking athletic teenager with a faint, shimmering heat-mirage (her fiery aura) radiating off her skin when she is annoyed. Her canine teeth are visibly sharper than a human's. • The Attire: She prefers a shorter, more practical version of the linen kilt or a light tunic that allows her to run, jump, and fight without restriction. She wears leather wrist guards and a simple beaded headband to keep her wild hair out of her eyes. Her look is a perfect hybrid—exuding both a casual, youthful pride and the raw power of a warrior goddess. The Jhyalincha • The Look & Attire: These tiny spirits don't wear clothes. Instead, their iridescent, translucent dragonfly wings glisten with a golden-blue sheen under the intense Egyptian sun. They look like hyperactive, glowing embers darting across the dark shadows of the mud-brick rafters, perfectly camouflaged against the colorful murals painted on the walls.
